Clod - lonely chow
Clod (chow).
A 8-year old male dog. Weight is 30 kg. It’s about 50-55 centimeters in a counter. His former masters abandoned him. He’s not sterilized, virgin. He’s vaccinated on 12 June 2008.
Behaviour with other dogs is neutral, without aggression:
- With lady dogs – he lived with a lady dog (chow) in one flat for about 2 months during adoption period without any conflicts.
- With male dogs is neutral.
- With unfamiliar people is sociable, not tiresome, without aggression.
- With kids he is patient, without aggression.
- With cats – he is indifferent both at home and in the street.
He is quiet when alone at home.
He doesn’t bark when the bell rings. He can bark (scold) when he gets intramuscular injections. He can try to bike during painful medical procedures (e.g. cleaning paraanal glands). So it’s better to out on a muzzle before. As soon as the procedures and are finished and the muzzle is put off, he begins fawning on and licking your hands again.
He doesn’t guard his meal, his place. His masters told that he was afraid of firecrackers but during the adoption period it was not confirmed.
He is educable, likes to carry sticks.
He doesn’t piss at home. He doesn’t pull you when he is on leash.
His disadvantages: he doesn’t like dry food. His masters fed him with natural meal (“from a table”). He can be capricious. He can pile in your bed.
His advantages: He loves going in a car a lot. He bares the road very good.
He adores cheese. He is not interested in things to nibble.
He likes to roll about on his back during a walk.
He can be jealous towards other dogs at home, but not aggressive. He just pushes them away. He loves when you brush (scratch) his paunch.
The temper is quiet, amiable. He has a deforming arthrosis of a right front leg. Needs supporting therapy.
